Data Sheet

SA Aluminum Oxide (BFA / A) is produced by fusion of high-quality bauxite in an electric arc furnace at high temperatures. It is of compression strength, high toughness, self-sharpening, lower expansion coefficient, no rusty spot, good hydrophily, high cleanliness, etc.

Grits Available:

F12 to F220, P12 to P220, #240 to #4000…
In accordance with the current GB / FEPA / JIS / ANSI sieve standards.

Application:

Brown Aluminum Oxide is suitable for resin-bonded cut off and grinding wheels, vitrified wheels, cutting cast iron, regular steel, carbon steel, and nonferrous metals like hard bronze. It also can be used for blasting, cleaning, mass finishing, descaling, etching, surface preparation, anti-skid surface, coating and paint removal, de-burring, metal finishing.
